2.1 Registration and Booking

Workshop participation requires prior registration and confirmation. We reserve the right to limit the number of participants per session. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or as otherwise agreed.

2.2 Participant Requirements

Participants must be at least 16 years of age or accompanied by a parent or guardian. Participants should inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements prior to the workshop.

2.3 Safety and Conduct

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by workshop instructors. We reserve the right to remove any participant who fails to follow safety guidelines or engages in disruptive behavior. Participants are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others during the workshop.

3.1 Workshop Activities

Participation in candle-making workshops involves working with hot wax, fragrances, and tools. While we take reasonable precautions to ensure safety, participants acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with these activities.

3.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genuineitemline shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in workshops, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

3.3 Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

• Informing instructors of any allergies or medical conditions
• Using provided materials and tools in a safe and appropriate manner
• Any damage to studio property caused by negligence or misuse

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 Participant Cancellation

Cancellation policies are as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund

4.2 Studio Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Genuineitemline and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
