2. Workshop Cancellations

2.1 Participant Cancellation

If you need to cancel your workshop booking, the following refund policy applies:

• More than 7 days before workshop: Full refund of workshop fee
• 3-7 days before workshop: 50% refund of workshop fee
• Less than 3 days before workshop: No refund available

2.2 Rescheduling

Subject to availability, you may reschedule your workshop booking to a different date at no additional charge if requested more than 7 days in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the workshop may be subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.

2.3 Studio Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive:

• A full refund of the workshop fee, or
• The option to reschedule to an alternative date

We will notify you of any cancellations as soon as possible and provide a full refund within 14 business days.

3. Product Returns

3.1 Return Eligibility

Due to the handcrafted nature of our candles, returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged or defective
• The product received does not match the description
• The product was not received (subject to delivery confirmation)

3.2 Return Timeframe

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to be considered.

3.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved
3. Return the product in its original packaging (if applicable) and in unused condition
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund

3.4 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

3.5 Return Shipping

For returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized candles
• Candles that have been used or burned
• Limited edition or seasonal items after the collection period has ended
• Items purchased from third-party retailers

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to certain exceptions for personalized or custom items. This right applies to distance contracts and online purchases.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within the 14-day period. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

• Workshop cancellations: 5-14 business days
• Product returns: 14 business days after receipt of returned item
• Damaged/defective products: 5-10 business days after approval
